Warranty Terms
• All warranty terms and conditions that follow are those of the product manufacturers and vendors. Trade Show Moe warranties all products through its manufacturers and vendors warranties. Any action taken by Trade Show Moe with regards to warranty claims does not abrogate the warranty terms and conditions contained in this section.
• Upon the signed acceptance of delivery, you have 1 business day to report any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If no shipping damage is reported during the initial 1 day time period, all future reports or complaints will be treated as a warranty claim and are subject to the terms and conditions of our standard warranty.
• This warranty, guarantees the quality and function of the manufacturers products when used in the correct manner as illustrated on each product's accompanying user instruction sheet. This covers general fair "wear and tear" and guarantees repair or replacement when product failure is due to defects in manufacturing or assembly.
• This warranty does not cover damage or product failure due to: incorrect use, mistreatment, failure to follow provided user instruction sheets, destruction, loss, theft, unauthorized alteration, vandalism, or natural disasters.
• In cases of warranty dispute: Trade Show Moe, through its vendors and manufacturers, reserves the right of final judgment/decision on the nature and cause of damage and the fair and applicable warranty response/solution.

Warranty Periods
• Website and Exhibitors Handbook Catalog: There is a 5 year manufacturere's warranty on the coyote Popup display frame and channel bars, and a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all other products contained on the Creative Signcrafter's website and distributed exhibitors handbook catalog.
• Luminosity Products: There is a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all products contained within the Luminosity range of exhibit and display lighting.
• DFA Imports: There is a 90 day manufacturer's warranty on all products contained with the DFA Imports Range of economy banner stands and display products.
• There is a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty on all indoor and outdoor inkjet graphics, and a 6 month limited warranty on dye-sub fabric graphics when used outdoors. This warranty covers tunneling, de-lamination, and general color fading.
